LIVINGSTON -- District Attorney Scott Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in 21st Judicial District Court in September and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Sept. 17

Judge Robert Morrison

Tina Brunies, 37, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for 1 year. She was ordered to pay a $250 fine along with court costs.

Zachary McFee, 27, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule I controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to 3 years with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.

 

Sept. 20

Judge Elizabeth Wolfe

William Allen Jr., 30, of Gonzales, pleaded no contest to distribution or possession with intent to distribute Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 5 years with the Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for 2 years. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine along with court costs.

Dustin Brooks, 26, of Albany, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 1 year with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.

Brandon Casey, 38, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule IV controlled dangerous substances and possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections.

Thomas Givens, 35, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to six counts to theft under $1,000. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for 1 year. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine along with court costs.

Brandi Latil, 33, of Holden, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections.

Chadler Messer, 41, of Walker, pleaded no contest to two counts possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 1 year with the Department of Corrections.

Eugene Thill Jr., 55, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule III controlled dangerous substances, abuse of toxic vapors, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple criminal damage to property. He was sentenced 2 years with the Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for 2 years.

Joseph Underwood, 36, of Baton Rouge, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.

Crystal Williams, 39, of Livingston, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances - methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for 3 years.

 

Sept. 24

Judge Charlotte Foster

Courtney Bolton, 26, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of diazepam. She was sentenced to 1 year with the Department of Corrections. She received credit for time served.

Paul Clement Jr., 27, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for 2 years. He was ordered to pay a $350 fine along with court costs.

Christopher Gautreau, 36, of Galvez, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. He received credit for time served.

Hulan Graham Sr., 53, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a moveable. He was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for 2 years. He was ordered to pay a $350 fine along with court costs and restitution.

Kristen Hardy, 19, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine. The sentence was deferred and she placed on probation for 3 years.

Cody Herring, 23, of Albany, pleaded no contest to simple burglary and possession with intent to distribute alprazolam. The sentence was deferred and he was placed on probation for 3 years. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine along with court costs.

Bradley Jennings, 35, of Walker, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor aggravated assault. He received credit for time served.

Bronwyn Lockhart, 38, of Denham Springs, pleaded no contest to possession of stolen things. He was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.  

Marcus Ransom, 25, of French Settlement, pleaded no contest to simple cruelty to animals. He received credit for time served.

Vincent Rodriguez, 35, of New Orleans, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. He received credit for time served.

Harold Sherrill, 54, of Independence, pleaded no contest to simple battery. He received credit for time served.

Corey Spier, 29, of Springfield, pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to 2 years with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.

Bennett Whittington, 28, of Springfield, pleaded no contest to theft. He was sentenced to 1 year with the Department of Corrections. He received credit for time served.

Eric Wunstel, 50, of Maurepas, pleaded no contest to attempted misdemeanor theft and domestic abuse battery. He was sentenced to 1 year in the parish jail. He received credit for time served.
