LIVINGSTON – The Livingston Parish Sheriff Office’s has one of two suspects that it has been looking for two unrelated cases.

James Teal, 36, is in custody, according to an announcement on the Sheriff's Office social media page.

He is wanted for forgery, theft and non-support, said Lori Steel, Sheriff's Office public information officer.

Meanwhile, deputies are still looking for Alex “Butch” Foster, 30, for multiple thefts of beer from a Watson retailer, Steel said.

“We have identified Foster and tied him to an open case,” Steel said.

Detectives say Foster has been targeting this store since July, she said.

Anyone with information is asked to call LPSO at (225) 686-2241 ext. 1.
