The Louisiana State Police canceled a Level II endangered/missing child media advisory it issued for the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office for a child reported missing Thursday from the Denham Springs/Watson area.

The State Police statement said Kailee Isabella Dartt, 14, was located Thursday night and was safe. The statement had no further details.

Kailee was last seen at about 4 p.m. Thursday near Pecan Creek Subdivision off of Dunn Road in Denham Springs, the first State Police advisory said.

Law enforcement had reason to believe Kailee was in immediate danger, prompting the alert, it said.

The alert gave her description and what she was wearing and contact numbers for the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office and State Police.

This was not an AMBER Alert, but a request for media to publicize the information about a endangered/missing child in their area.
