LIVINGSTON – A month-long drug investigation into two apartments in Denham Springs led to the arrests of four persons and the seizure of narcotics and weapons – including an AK-47 -- according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. 

Search warrants were carried out Thursday, April 6, at 2625 Kelli Drive Apt. D and 2621 Kelli Drive Apt. 2 in Denham Springs, said Lori Steel, Sheriff’s Office spokesman.

Arrested at 2625 Kelli Drive Apt. D were Sandra Folmar, 56; Laynee Leslie, 27; and Curtis McMorris, 31. Arrested at 2621 Kelli Drive Apt. 2 was Arsenio Ennis, 27.

All four are being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center on the following bonds: Ennis, $406,500; Leslie, $171,000; Folmar, $170,500; and McMorris, $170,500.

 The state Office of Probation and Parole has placed a hold on all four suspects, according to booking records.

The following items were seized at 2625 Kelli Drive Apt. D: 23 grams of “crack” cocaine, street value $1250; a gram of methamphetamine, street value $100; a dosage unit of clonazepam, scales, baggies, pipes, and a Draco Arms AK-47.

The following items were seized at 2621 Kelli Drive Apt. 2: 75 grams of methamphetamine, street value $7500; 2.5 grams of heroin, street value $250; 2.2 grams of marijuana, street value $60; 473 milliliter-bottle of Promethazine with codeine, street value $300; two handguns; and $12,060 in cash.

Ennis was booked on two counts each of manufacture, cultivation, distribution, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I and Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule V drugs, creating/operating a clandestine lab for manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of firearm/carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, illegal carrying of a weapon/use of a weapon during a violent crime or in presence of controlled dangerous substance, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia and parole violation.

Leslie was booked on manufacture, cultivation, distribution, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV drugs, illegal carrying of a weapon/use of a weapon in a violence crime or in presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of firearm/carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia, suppling a product for falsifying a screening test and probation violation.

Folmar was booked on manufacture, cultivation, distribution, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I, possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV drugs, possession of firearm/carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, illegal carrying of a weapon/use of a weapon during a violent crime or in presence of controlled dangerous substance, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

McMorris was booked on manufacture, cultivation, distribution, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV drugs, possession of firearm/carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, illegal carrying of a weapon/use of a weapon during a violent crime or in presence of controlled dangerous substance, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia and probation violation.
