There were a total of 78 4-H and FFA members from Livingston Parish present at the LSU State Livestock Show in Gonzales on February 11-18, 2017. Exhibitors showed their animals, participated in showmanship contests, livestock judging contests, and livestock knowledge contests. The show culminated with an awards ceremony on Feb. 18, where seven Livingston Parish youth were recognized.
