Although the Denham Springs Fall Fest was canceled in 2016 due to the Great Flood, organizers have announced that Spring Fest will take place this Saturday, April 29.
Join in the family atmosphere in Downtown Denham Springs on April 29, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Visitors can expect a wide variety of vendors, games, kiddie rides, food booths, antique stores, art exhibits, Old City Hall exhibit tours and music at the Old Train Station.
Country music superstar Doug Stone along with Grammy winner Jo'el Sonnier, John Schneider, Clifton Brown & The Rusty Bucket Band, Jim & James Linden Hogg, Rosie and the Swingin' Riveters and special guest Doug Owens, Layton Ricks, and Cowboy Ralph Innes will take the stage between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Browse the main street area, rest at the sitting areas and “people watch,” sample restaurant fare, and visit comfort stations and “pass a good time” in the safe security of festival time in Denham Springs.
The Antique Village hosts two festivals a year. More than 150 vendor booths line up in the middle of Range Ave. to sell antiques, art, greenery, crafts and many more items.
There is plenty of food such as jambalaya, hamburgers, funnel cakes, and much more.
Come stroll down Mattie Street a.k.a. “Art Avenue” and hear live music at Train Station Park. All of the stores are open in the village with plenty of sales, so come and enjoy the day in the Antique Village.
